Terms of Service

Effective July 9, 2026

These terms are an agreement between RoofGrid LLC (“RoofGrid”, “we”) and the business that creates a RoofGrid account (“you”). By signing up or using RoofGrid you accept them. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

The service

RoofGrid is job-management software for roofing contractors: CRM, estimating, aerial roof measurements, scheduling, insurance claim tracking, invoicing, e-signatures, and related tools. We add, change, and retire features as the product evolves; if we retire something your business depends on, you can export your data and walk away.

Accounts and seats

Each plan includes a seat limit. Seats are for people at your company (and subcontractors you invite through the contractor portal). Keep your credentials private, tell us about unauthorized access, and do not share logins between people; the audit trail only works when each person is themselves.

Subscriptions and billing

RoofGrid is billed as a flat monthly subscription through Stripe using the card you put on file at signup. Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings or by emailing support; cancellation stops the next renewal, and your data stays exportable.

30-day guarantee. If RoofGrid does not replace at least two tools you pay for today, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.

We may change prices with at least 30 days notice; changes apply from your next renewal, never retroactively.

Your data

Your business records (jobs, customers, photos, documents, estimates, claims) are yours. You give us the limited license we need to store, process, and display them to run the service, and nothing more. You can export everything on request, anytime. Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle data in detail.

You are responsible for having the right to enter the data you enter, including your customers’ information, and for how your business uses the documents RoofGrid helps you produce.

E-signatures

RoofGrid provides electronic signing intended to comply with the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. Signed documents are stamped with a certificate page and audit trail. You are responsible for confirming e-signature is legally appropriate for a given document in your state.

AI features and measurements

AI-assisted drafts, classifications, inspection reports, and recommendations are starting points that require your review; you are responsible for anything you send or sign. Aerial roof measurements are estimates produced from imagery. Verify critical numbers before ordering material or signing a contract; the human-verified remeasure service exists for exactly that.

RoofGrid is software, not a law firm, insurance adjuster, or engineer. State notice templates, claim tools, and generated documents are not legal advice; confirm your state’s requirements with your own counsel.

Acceptable use

Do not use RoofGrid to break the law, send spam, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, probe or overload the service, or resell access. We can suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk; we will tell you why and work with you to fix it when we reasonably can.

Third-party services

RoofGrid connects to services we do not control (Google, Stripe, QuickBooks, suppliers, carriers). Their terms govern your use of them, and outages or changes on their side are outside our control, though we work to handle them gracefully.

Disclaimers and liability

RoofGrid is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it fast, correct, and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You can stop using RoofGrid anytime. We can terminate for material breach that goes uncured for 14 days after we notify you, or immediately for abuse of the platform. After termination you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we change these terms materially, we will post the new version here, update the date, and notify active customers; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Questions go to support@roofgrid.io.
