Common questions.

We're on spreadsheets. Will migration be painful?

Setup is one 90-minute onboarding call. We import your active jobs, configure your crews, and have you running a real job in RoofGrid before the call ends. Most contractors stop logging into their old tools within two weeks.

We mostly do insurance restoration. Does it handle claims?

Yes. The claim lives on the job: claim number, carrier, adjuster and meeting date, RCV and ACV, the insurance stage ladder, NOAA weather records, and revised estimates that document your own quantities and prices.

We don't really use AI tools. Is that a problem?

RoofGrid's AI only drafts. You review, then send. It handles photo damage reports, estimate write-ups, and homeowner emails so you're never starting from a blank page. Nothing goes out until you click send.
